Quick Mexican Bean Taco

For the past couple of weeks, I have been obsessed with these taco’s- they aren’t exactly healthy but after been vegan for a while I found myself craving the bad, fast food style food I could enjoy in my pre-vegan days.

So I decided that I would try and create the naughty treats without having to break out the animal products! So here is my fast food style taco made from a vegan bean burger [I told you it was naghty]

This isn’t something I eat often-I promise!


Ingredients

1 Vegan bean burger 

1 wrap 

Tomato sliced

Cucumber

1 large Spring Onion 

Mango Chutney

Sriracha sauce 


Side : Garlic Fries

Instructions: 

1- Cook the fries and bean burger in the oven according to the package instructions normally 20-30 minutes

2- Place the wrap in a warm frying pan for 30 seconds on each side to toast lightly.

3- Chop the salad into small bite sized pieces and sprinkle across the middle of the wrap

4- Cut the burger into small pieces and add to the wrap

5- Drizzle the wrap with Mango Chutney and Sriracha. Enjoy with fries.
